Tacrolimus Brand Switch Patient Info Session: IN PERSON (Vancouver)

BC Transplant is changing brands of immediate release tacrolimus from Prograf to Sandoz starting fall 2019.

We are hosting several patient information sessions to give patients an opportunity to learn more about this brand switch and to ask questions directly to our pharmacy team.

These in-person sessions will be held at the Paetzold Auditorium at Vancouver General Hospital. If you are not able to attend in person, there are four virtual sessions you can access via computer or phone. Click here for information.
